On November 30, 2023 two seminars were held in the English Language Department. The first seminar was delivered by the lecturer Dr. Chiad A. Abdulkarim on a literary topic under the title “Longinus’s Treatise on the Sublime” ,and the second by the lecturer Mr. Hassan H. Karo on a recently published article in a journal, namely the Qalai Zanist Journal under the title “Musicality in S.T. Coleridge’s Kubla Khan.”
It is worth mentioning that the seminar was attended by several college staff members, the lecturers of the English Language Department and its students.
